Commissioned for a 13 minute stage performance at
A-KON, a Japanese cultural convention in Texas. The goal was a visualizer to accompany a dance group's performance on stage as the background.
A-KON, a Japanese cultural convention in Texas. The goal was a visualizer to accompany a dance group's performance on stage as the background.
Each segment pulled inspiration from the animations they originated from, and were recreated with a performance animation in mind.
A total of three songs, intro, ending, and interims between were each individually created in Photoshop, animated elements in After Effects, then composed together in Premiere Pro.
